NIS 2 registration of foreign entities in Denmark

If you are a foreign entity wishing to submit a NIS 2 registration in Denmark under the main establishment rule:

1. Please fill out this form: registration form
2. Submit it by sending it to NIS2@digst.dk

Foreign entities can also register using approved electronic ID (eID) if your country provides this, or register through a designated third party holding a MitID Erhverv.

NIS 2 notification of a significant incident by foreign entities

If you are a foreign entity wishing to submit a notification of a significant incident in Denmark under the NIS 2 regulation please write to NIS2@digst.dk to get access to the relevant form.
